Bring your family and friends to the Tidal Basin on April 2nd. We'll head out early and stake out a couple picnic tables in front of the Tidal Basin Festival Stage. We'll stick around well into the afternoon. Bring frisbees, footballs, kites and blankets to sit on. Start time is around 11 am but feel free to show up earlier and hang out before the crowds arrive.

Look for people wearing RPCV/W t-shirts.
