I moved to Washington DC in June 2016 and am looking for opportunities in international development, peacebuilding, gender equality and of course, to make new friends. I finished my service in July of 2016 in Mongolia after 37 months. The projects nearest and dearest to my heart was a scaled-down TEDx series and an initiative called "The Good Father Project" which sought to pursue gender equality by elevating men who were outstanding role models and equipping young men with the proper life skills and awareness of gender issues to be responsible and respectful partners in the long journey towards gender equity. During my free time I very much enjoy taking long bike rides, playing soccer, and discovering new board/card games. I moved to DC because I am inspired by the ideals for which the city stands and awed by the immense political intellect it attracts from around the country and indeed the world.
