Keely Beck

Early this year I returned from serving in Burkina Faso as a Community Health and Development Agent after completing my Master's of Public Health from Emory University. While at Emory, my curriculum, professional experience and extracurricular activities focused on Global Health and Human Rights advocacy at the federal, international, and community level.

My skill sets include community health and development, monitoring and evaluation, writing and editorial skills, quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and analysis, proposal development and grant writing, project management, and policy analysis.

My experience and interests are in sexual exploitation and abuse, gender based violence, humanitarian relief, community health, international development, refugee health, gender equality, reproductive health, reproductive justice, and the elimination of human trafficking.

I am dedicated to the work of upholding and promoting human and civil rights, international peace programs and social justice initiatives, particularly as they relate to underserved and marginalized populations.  I strongly believe in the importance of education at the community level and its immeasurable role in developing a society based on compassion and empathy while cultivating a culture based on social responsibility, social inclusion, and community engagement.

I am currently seeking a full time position at an organization which embodies these values where I can develop my skills and experience while contributing to the advancement and progress of social justice and human rights.
