Proud member of first group into Former Soviet Union. We arrived in the Baltics in the first few months after their declaration of independence. While airborne to Latvia our host agency turned into a political party so upon landing we had to create our own programming. I advised the Prime Ministers office as well as new entrepreneurs and points in between including students, academia and state owned enterprises. Great fun!!!
