We partnered with our friends at Language ETC to provide mock job interviews and resume reviews for adults who are learning English and working to become competitive in the American job market.

15 volunteers came out to lead a Saturday morning workshop with immigrant adults who are learning English as a second language at Language ETC. Having a native English speaker sit down and walk them through a typical job interview is enormously helpful for students, and we were pleased to fill the classroom. We also helped them with their individual resumes and answered questions about the process. Finally, we were privileged to hear their stories and help them pursue their goals here.
