Working in grass roots community mobilization, conservation, training and program evaluation following PhD studies at Cornell; created an Appreciative Inquiry based community and women's empowerment methodology, 'Appreciative Planning and Action,' that's been used with thousands of community and women's groups in over a dozen countries . Recent work in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone, Kosovo plus training for USAID folks in El Salvador, South Africa, Ghana, Senegal, DR Congo, Egypt, Jordan, Thailand.
