As a performance management specialist, I work to improve city government services through strategic planning, data-informed decision making, data visualization, and empathy. Instead of constantly directing energy toward putting out fires I focus on long term prevention strategies and use planning and data to anticipate and activate more effective management of resources. All of this came about via Peace Corps inspiration of communities making their own prospects better.
