I was a career Foreign Service Office with USAID followed by 14 years of international consulting. I've worked in more than 30 countries spanning Asia through South America with a recent emphasis on strategic planning, project design, mentoring. I am on retainer with USAID. My Masters is in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University with an undergrad in political science/economics from Hamilton College. I have three daughters and a son.
