The holiday party is RPCV/W's biggest event of the year. Join us on December 2, 2017 at 201 Bar for open bar, music, dancing, awards, hors d'oeuvres, and our annual Silent Auction to benefit our Partnership for Peace.
Make sure to join us for our biggest event of year, bringing together hundreds of RPCVs and friends of all different ages and countries of service, and from all across the District-Maryland-Virginia area!
This year's event will be held at 201 Bar near the Union Station Metro on Saturday, December 2nd. Join your fellow RPCVs, family and friends for a night of fun which includes a photo booth, music, and dancing. Doors open and bidding begins for the Silent Auction at 7pm. Tickets cover complimentary beer, wine, and delicious hors d’oeuvres from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The following hors d'oeuvres will be offered: crispy spring rolls, assorted artisan flatbread pizzas, mini lump crab cakes, marinated steak skewers with chimichurri sauce, southwestern chicken skewers with buttermilk dressing, vegetarian samosas with chive dressing, avocado, tomato, mozzarella skewers, hummus with veggies & pita, bbq pulled pork and curried chicken salad mini sandwiches.
In addition to attending the Gala, you can also support RPCV/W and our Partnership for Peace program, Upwardly Global, with a donation to the silent auction. Use this form to make a donation.
Past donations have included items ranging from gift cards and baskets, to event tickets and more. If you or your company would like to donate an item or be honored as an event sponsor, please contact our Development Director, Rachel Branaman, at [email protected].
Thank you, and we look forward to celebrating another wonderful year with all of the great DC Peace Corps community, all in one great place!

Jonathan is the Advocacy Director for the National Peace Corps Association, where he mobilizes the Peace Corps community to influence their elected officials on issues of importance to our community. He has been a member of RPCV/W since 2002 and a driving force behind the long-term health and sustainability of the Peace Corps. Read more about him and his work here.
