Dear Fellow RPCVs,
Please join us for a memorial service to honor Fallen Peace Corps Volunteers in a heartfelt and uplifting ceremony.
The event will take place Saturday, October 17th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm at the tip of Hains Point, southeast of the Jefferson Memorial and Tidal Basin. This will be an hour-long ceremony of reflection, shared moments, poems and songs to honor the 296 men and women who lost their lives while pursuing their Peace Corps service.
After the Service, Please Join us for a Small Reception
Please be sure to join us after the memorial service for a small reception at Bar Louie in Crystal City. We hope to continue the conversations, reflections and shared moments spoken to honor the 296 men and women who lost their lives while pursuing their Peace Corps service.
