SAVE THE DATE! In honor of Peace Corps Week. Peace Corps will be a hosting an event at the Kennedy Center - Growing Together Stories from the Peace Corps. This will be at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. EST. Nine storytellers from across the Peace Corps network, including current Volunteers, RPCVs and community partners from around the world.
Online advance reservations for a given performance date will open on a rolling basis, opening every Wednesday two weeks out from the date on Wednesday, February 14th.
The event will be in person but there is will also be a LIVESTREAM via the Kennedy Center's event page for those that cannot attend in person.
This is NOT an RPCV/W event.

Let's go Paintballing at Hogback Mountain about an hour west of DC. The cost is $60 p/p and is part of a group package for three hours from 2-5pm. We will meet at Paintball at 130pm but plan on leaving DC no later than 12pm. We will send out an email prior to the event to coordinate rides. Let's plan on grabbing food/drink afterward on the way home.
RPCV/W would like to welcome members of the Peace Corps community from around the Nation as they come together for National Peace Corps Association's annual Capitol Hill Day of Advocacy on March 7th. RPCV/W will host a Pre-Advocacy Day Happy Hour at Bullfeathers on the Hill the evening before Advocacy Day on Wednesday, March 6th from 630pm-9pm. Please look for the Peace Cops flag when you arrive at Bullfeathers.

Come on out for our spring wine tasting at former RPCV/W Board Member Jeff Schwartz's home in Woodley Park. Award-winning Wine Educator Robert Cavanaugh of Adventure Wine LLC will be our guide for an evening adventure into the world of wines. The suggested donation is $30 and includes wine, charcuterie, educational material and a lot of fun You do not need to bring anything. The location of the event will be sent 48 prior to the event to all RSVP attendees. Registration is limited to 30 people. Hope to see you there!
