Join RPCV/W on March 22nd for a book club & potluck to celebrate Women's History Month!

We will be discussing The Confidante: The Untold Story of the Woman Who Helped Win WWII and Shape Modern America (which can be purchased online at various retailers or borrowed from your local library).

The book is "the first-ever biography of Anna Marie Rosenberg, the Hungarian Jewish immigrant who became FDR’s closest advisor during World War II and, according to Life, “the most important official woman in the world” —a woman of many firsts, whose story, forgotten for too long, is extraordinary, inspiring, and uniquely American. Her life ran parallel to the front lines of history yet her influence on 20th century America, from the New Deal to the Cold War and beyond, has never before been told."

How to prepare: please come having read the book and ready for a lively discussion!

Where: Ballston - Arlington (metro accessible!)

    Date & Time: Saturday March 22, 2025 from 12pm - 3pm

What to bring: a dish to share for lunch

Please RSVP below to receive the exact location! Space is limited!!
