Join us for a comedy night at Hotbed in Adams Morgan! We will start at Andy's Pizza (2465 18th St NW) at 6pm and migrate to the show at hotbed at 7:30, followed by drinks at Le Mont Royal.
The registration caps out at 10, but if the event is full you are more than welcome to register for free tickets separately. Make sure to select the March 19th date.

We will be discussing The Confidante: The Untold Story of the Woman Who Helped Win WWII and Shape Modern America (which can be purchased online at various retailers or borrowed from your local library).
The book is "the first-ever biography of Anna Marie Rosenberg, the Hungarian Jewish immigrant who became FDR’s closest advisor during World War II and, according to Life, “the most important official woman in the world” —a woman of many firsts, whose story, forgotten for too long, is extraordinary, inspiring, and uniquely American. Her life ran parallel to the front lines of history yet her influence on 20th century America, from the New Deal to the Cold War and beyond, has never before been told."
How to prepare: please come having read the book and ready for a lively discussion!
