I loved working Ali side the people of all ages in Jamaica. I worked as a speech pathologist in clinics throughout the country under the auspices of the wonderful PVO, Inc. & Mrs Del Henry I was headquartered in Montego Bay because of the transportation hub, & travelled to health clinics to evaluate children & work with parents on special skill development. This was the case even right after Hurricane Gilbert in 9/88. Most of the PCV in Group 48 were in education jobs, & we worked all over the country. Shine was our helper & I learned so much about Jamaica, her people, & myself. Still living the PC goals today in July 2018!!
