Bryce Leary is a second-year graduate student studying International Development at the School of International Service. This past summer, Bryce developed programs for out of school youth in the Omaheke Region of Namibia and engaged in skills transfer to the grassroots volunteers of Namibian Partnership Solutions. He previously served in Senegal as a Peace Corps Volunteer, learning the value of building the capacity of local counterparts. Bryce has rich and diverse experience including environmental education, program design, monitoring and evaluation, research, arts management, and event planning. After graduation in May 2020, Bryce looks forward to collaborating with local partners to develop their capacity and connect them with the resources they need to change their communities.
