Sarah Weber served in Vanuatu as a Community Health Volunteer with the Master's International Program. She led health education and awareness programs in a rural village and served as a Health Management Advisor for the provincial health office in the capital city focused on capacity building and training village health workers.
She moved to DC and joined University Research Co., working as a research analyst on a project called Translating Research into Action (TRAction), a global maternal child health project testing public health interventions in a range of countries. She was elected to the RPCV/W Board of Directors in 2013 and planned two successful holiday parties bringing hundreds together as our Special Events Director.
After 4 years in DC, Sarah will be leaving for Juba, South Sudan to continue her career in public health and follow the path she set as a Peace Corps Volunteer. We look forward to hearing her stories and wish her the very best as she opens an exciting new chapter in her life!
