Join RPCV/w for a fun, relaxing Dharma Yoga class at Shaw Library! Dharma Yoga is classical Hatha Raja Yoga. This class is accessible to all levels.
In this class, we will move our bodies followed by deep relaxation and a brief meditation. Please come and join Alle and give yourself space to relax and just be during National Women's Month. Come and learn more about our Women Empowering Women Initiative!
Alle began practicing yoga daily after COSing from PC as a Maternal and Child Health Educator in Madagascar '13-'15. Feeling not 'at home' at home in the US, yoga gave Alle a safe space to process and be with herself. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training with legendary yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra in New York 2017.
