We are thankful for these generous individuals who help us carry out our mission

Underwriting opportunities include: pens for the silent auction ($250), napkins ($500), photo booth ($750), dessert ($750), goody bags ($750), and cocktail hour ($1,000). Benefits include logo placement, tweets, advertising in our weekly newsletter, and the opportunity to speak at the event.   • Four tickets to attend and network at the holiday gala (value $2200)
  • Opportunity to host a 2-hour happy hour recruiting event for up to 50 RPCV/W members
  • Opportunity to host a RPCV/W community service or social event with a partner nonprofit or at your offices

Cocktail Party Sponsor ($1,000)

  • A small ad (370x228) in our weekly newsletter (3,200+ subscribers) for three months (value $500)
  • Opportunity to self-promote your business in our Facebook group (5,500+ members) during the weeks that your ad is in the newsletter at a rate of one post per week
  • Two tickets to attend and network at the holiday gala (value $110)
  • Opportunity to host a social event for our members at your studio (e.g. we’ve hosted aerial yoga and other fitness activities in combination with a post-brunch activity)

  • Opportunity for a representative to speak briefly during the program remarks

Photo Booth / Dessert Sponsor / Goody Bags ($750) sold

  • A medium ad (370x456) in our weekly newsletter (3,200+ subscribers) for one month (value $400)
  • Opportunity to self-promote your business in our Facebook group (5,500+ members) during the weeks that your ad is in the newsletter at a rate of one post per week
  • Two tickets to attend and network at the holiday gala (value $110)
  • Logo and name visibility on our website and social media related to the gala
  • Opportunity to donate an item to the silent auction where you can share promotional materials
  • Specialized benefits 
    • The Photo booth sponsor will have the opportunity to incorporate their logo into the photo booth components (either on the printed picture or in the background, based on the vendor)
    • The Dessert sponsor will have name and logo recognition at the dessert station
    • The Goody Bag sponsor will be able to brand the goody bags with their logo and include an item for 250 guests (extra cost may be associated with donated items beyond the $750)

Napkin Sponsor ($500)

Pens for the Silent Auction / Coat Check Sponsor / Wine Toss Sponsor  ($250)

  • Two tickets to attend and network at the holiday gala (value $110)
  • Logo and name visibility on our website and social media related to the gala
  • Opportunity to donate an item to the silent auction where you can share promotional materials
    • The Pen sponsor receives their logo on the pens for the silent auction*
    • The Wine Toss sponsor receives their logo on the wine sleeve for the bottles in the ring toss
    • The Coat Check sponsor will have name and logo recognition at the Coat Check Station with the opportunity to share business cards at the station
