Join RPCV/W, NPCA and director of the Peace Corps documentary "A Towering Task," Alana DeJoseph for drinks and conversation. This event at Exiles creates the rare opportunity for us to talk with and ask questions of Ms. DeJoseph about the documentary before she shows it to the general public. As a sneak peek, a 15-minute teaser of the full documentary will be shown to all who attend the event. Proceeds from the Happy Hour will go towards NPCA's activities for local RPCVs.
A Towering Task will premiere at the Kennedy Center the following Sunday, September 22. The Kennedy Center's new REACH Center will also host a Global Citizen day showcasing what life is like for PCVs in various countries. More information about the day's activities can be found here -- timed entry tickets will be released on a rolling basis, so keep checking for your chance to attend!
Look forward to seeing you there!
