JOIN GRASSROOTS COMEDY DC FOR A STAND-UP COMEDY BENEFIT FOR THE CHESAPEAKE CLIMATE ACTION NETWORK!

Ah, spring. When the breeze is soft and warm, the birds are chirping, and the sun feels as fresh as the morning dew. There's just one problem: it's WINTER.

Climate change (or global warming, global weirding, climate chaos, or simply "not a problem") is destroying the sweater of our atmosphere one stitch at a time while President *rump holds it up and declares it "a great sweater; the best sweater."

Grassroots Comedy DC has seen enough. We're partnering with the Chesapeake Climate Action Network (CCAN) to put on a fantastic stand-up comedy show on Thursday, March 2 at 7:30pm at the Bier Baron Tavern in Dupont Circle. Together we will raise money and awareness for CCAN's great local work to help solve the biggest challenge facing humanity since Bob Barker announced his retirement from "The Price Is Right" and the search for a replacement began (let's hope this goes better than that did).

Not only that, but Robert Mac, winner of Comedy Central's Laugh Riots competition, will headline the show!

With top comics, great beer and an urgent need to laugh in between protests, treat yourself to some fun in the name of awesomeness and join GCDC and CCAN for a night of comedy.
