In this session, we’ll explore strategies to harness our creative energy, shifting from survive to thrive.

We are lucky – we have a toolbox filled with coping strategies from the Peace Corps. We will brainstorm and discuss how these skills apply at this pandemic time, at each stage of the change curve – from denial to resistance, from exploration to commitment.
