PC inland fisheries advisor in Fundong/Bamenda in Cameroon.  MS in Fisheries Genetics from Alaska.  2nd PC tour in Niger as an agric-forestry volunteer. 14 years with the USDA, National Agriculture Statistical Service, 9 years in the OH Field Office and 3 years in DC.  Served as a USDA ag advisor for 18 months in Mahmudiyah, Iraq between 2009-2010.
