I am currently in graduate school at Walden University pursuing my Doctorate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and subsequent travel and study abroad, has motivated me to study the expatriate experience. My Dissertation Topic is - A Narrative Inquiry into Expatriate Adjustment. I am doing a qualitative study with the goal of learning what expatriates experience in their work overseas that can inform and assist others in the future as they work abroad.
