Author and RPCV/W member Richard O'Brien discusses and answers questions about the 108 women who have served as their nation's respective Presidents or Prime Ministers. The stories, struggles, careers and accomplishments of several of the most notable and least recognized of these women will be featured. O'Brien's will discuss his conclusions and the 'Women's Mandate,' the recent trend of nations with low numbers of women legislators to pass laws creating minimum women-only seat quotas.
