The gala is coming up on December 2nd and the development committee is focused on soliciting underwriters and silent auction items. We encourage members to volunteer and support the success of the holiday gala by helping gather 3-5 donated items (values of $25+). Consider donating or asking local businesses, restaurants, or services that you frequent for donations of gift cards, professional services, sports tickets, artwork, or experiences. If you are a business owner, this is an excellent way to get your company's name in front of our 3,500+ weekly newsletter subscribers.

Our goal is to get 50 items donated for the silent auction. We have some great items donated so far: a private ride in a Cessna airplane, 15 sessions at Yoga Heights, tickets to Arena Stage, three months of membership at Rock Creek Sports Club, a Star Wars themed basket, Ecuadorian chocolate basket, and more.
