Are you looking for a challenge? In a "Hackathon" format, this event will put people into random groups to try to come up with a solution to one of today's public health and healthcare issues. To prevent any advantages, participants will be provided a select amount of materials to prep with and will be given the exact prompt during the event. Groups will have 60 minutes to come up with a solution and pitch it to the rest of the attendees. The winning group will be decided by a vote and will be featured in an upcoming newsletter.
This event is about thinking outside the box and working in a team environment. It is supposed to be fun and enjoyable. No experience is required and anyone is welcome. BYOB.
