[email protected] aims to further the mission of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) by recruiting, supporting, and leveraging the unique skills and experiences of Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs).
Recruit – Draw skilled professionals to HRSA through increasing awareness of the noncompetitive eligibility hiring authority, sharing the work experiences of RPCVs at HRSA, and participating in recruiting events
Support – Serve as a resource for RPCVs at HRSA for issues unique to the RPCV experience
Leverage– Harness RPCVs’ experiences and intimate knowledge of the issues related to underserved communities, translation of policy into action, community mobilization, adaptability, resourcefulness, innovation, cultural competency, language skills, and culture-specific skills
