Nita Johnson is a Talent Acquisition Associate, engaged in recruiting for entry- and associate-level positions at EnCompass. She supports efforts to build new talent management programs and improve recruiting processes and systems. Ms. Johnson has expertise in human resources, operations, recruiting, and training development, and previously held the position of Global Recruiting Coordinator at PATH. There, she supported human resources operations and recruitment for proposals in Washington, D.C., Seattle, and PATH’s international offices in India, Vietnam, Myanmar, and China. She was also responsible for training new recruiting staff in various functions across the U.S., Asia, and Africa. Prior to working at PATH, Ms. Johnson worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Paralyzed Veterans of America and Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, a school known for teaching English to immigrants based in Washington, D.C., and preparing them for further education and careers in IT, Culinary Arts, and Nursing. Ms. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management concentration from Frostburg State University. She has a variety of interests including international culture, animals, history, and folklore and hobbies including music, TV, film, and dance.
