Hoang is a DHS-FEMA Supervisory Emergency Management Specialist in planning data/GIS analytic management. His Ph.D. expertise is in climate justice, tech, & action. He founded SISYPHUS startup as the Aristotle applied tech to his Plato theoretical doctoral. He has studied, taught, worked, and lived domestically in LA, NYC, NOLA & DC; internationally in Italy, China, Taiwan, & his Peace Corps service was in Mozambique.
