I served in a small business program in Columbia, which led to a career as a consultant of International Development in the health sector. I stopped consulting 3-4 years ago and wrote a book entitled, Consulting in International Development: a Primer, as a means of improving the quality of consulting throughout the World of Development. I live in the south of France, but maintain and office/apt. in DC.
