We will be decorating mini-pumpkins with residents—mostly adorable children—at A Wider Circle's Barry Farm location in southeast DC. A Halloween costume parade is also planned!
What to bring: colored sharpies and/or paint + mini pumpkins. Donated children's Halloween costumes are also welcome. Several mini-pumpkins will be provided by RPCV/W.
A Wider Circle is a local non-profit with one goal: to end poverty. Their efforts focus on the provision of basic need items, education, and long-term support to adults and children challenged by homelessness, poverty, and substance abuse.
