I was pleased to be a Volunteer in Bolivia, and staff in Ecuador, Dominican Republic, and Peru. I also worked for many years for USAID and the Foreign Agricultural Service of USDA. I am also the proud father of a RPCV (Maurice Hirsh, who served in Costa Rica).
